Default XJ Chirp? [VIDEO]

Okay, it started a few months ago and has gotten worse. I've narrowed it Down to the Front of My TCase/Drive shaft.

Here is a video of the noise. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you loosen the pulley FIRST... or you will snap off the tensioner bolt.

Moving, and Just for Reference it is directly aimed at the Front of the T Case where the Front Drive shaft meets it.
