I did not get into the scientific logic behind why it is happening (like Mike does). I focused more on what to check & the process of elimination.

I put on my sway bar links. then went to a aliment shop and got it alighned. So i took it down the road and see if the death wobble would happen again it 55 and felt like it was going to happen again. so i didnt push it cuz to many cars around. Replaced trackbar. bolts good and tight. got it aligned. and still happend. would a bad stablizer bar still make it cause it. but wouldnt it make it happen at slower speeds also how come it only happens at 60+ PLEASE HELP

Replacing bolts that have a specified torque "good and tight" doesn't cut it.
Borrow a torque wrench if you don't have one... That's where I'd start.

Hooked up sway bar links got it aligned. took it on the highway today and got a slight deathwobble at 55 once passed it it went away. so i think alighment curred the extreme deathwobble and so im going to put on a new steering stablizer since orignail one is shot. and see what it dose when i do that. do i have to get it aligned after i put steering stablizer on i was just wondering.

No it will not effect the alignment,i put one on thinking it was my problem,it solved it for now but i know I have to fix my other issues before it comes back,in your case it sounds like it might be the last of things you need to do.
