Default Control Arm Bushings

My Jeep needs some control arm bushings, 8 total I believe (uppers, lowers and for something else), and I was wondering what I should expect to pay for parts and about how long it would take for a shop to do it.

I have a complete new bushing set from energy suspension (poly style). The only thing is you need to re use the stock metal outer caseings.

I think the metal casings is part of the problem. They look cracked and kind of beat up.

This is what I believe is causing a clunk under acceleration and going over bumps.
