It is perfectly fine to drive it the way it is. However, it is very simple to center your steering wheel after doing a suspension lift. There is an adjustment sleeve on your draglink. Park with your front wheels straight. Loosen the 2 5/8 bolts and turn the adjustment sleeve until your steering wheel is centered. Tighten the two bolts and go for a test drive.

do you have new tires on? if you have new tires, and drive it for a while without an alignment it can cause your tires to wear improperly. but if your running stockers then the steering wheel being cockeyed won't hurt, most people here will probly tell you their steering wheels are not completely straight when driving, i know mines not.

If, as you say, your Jeep drives fine other than the steering wheel isn't center, I'd say you only need to make a minor adjustment to center the wheel. That always happens after a suspension lift. You just put 3 iches more distance between your steering box and your front axle. Makes perfect since it would throw your steering wheel center off. I guarantee you adjust the sleeve on the drag link to bring your wheel back to center. Your Jeep driving experience will be all good.
You should always have the alignment checked after installing a lift, also.
