You have toe in? Or negative camber? Toe you can fix in your driveway, anything else you will need to have an alignment shop look at and take care of.
Bent or mis-aligned tie rods can cause all kinds of lovely problems, good thing is, they're easy to replace.

Steering wheel not centered can be corrected without changing toe in by adjusting the draglink and leaving the toe in alone at the tie rod. In other words they may or may not be related problems.

Camber. I've never had a tie rod do that, since they are for the steering aspect. Bent or worn suspension pieces can give you some negative camber, but I wouldn't know how to diagnose it since I'm no alignment specialist. I would recommend you bring it to an alignment shop ASAP before you start wearing out your tires unnecessarily.

Chances are that your axle is bent.
THe only way possible for the camber to be out of wack at all is for the ball joints to be worn out. Even if your ball joints are completely worn out I doubt you would be able to notice the camber being off.
Toe can be adjusted on the tie rod and the crooked steering wheel can be adjusted by turning the sleeve on the drag link.

Well you could have a bent axle and a f'd up tie rod. That doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility, especially if someone beat the crap out of it before you.

Something is worn out no doubt. You shouldn't be able to wiggle anything freely. Jack the front end up off the ground. You need to find out exactly what is worn. Once the wheel is off the ground grab the tire at '12' and '6'. Wiggle it to see if there is any play there. If you find that the wheel is loose after doing that then you need to change out ball joints. Now, grab the wheel at '3' and '9'. Wiggle left to right and if you have a lot of play there then you need to check out the ball joints. Keep in mind that it should move some since there is some play in the steering box. Just keep moving things around untill you find the play. Then replace that part.
Find out what's loose and get back to us.
Don't forget, there is still a good change that something is bent. Don't spend too much money on it before you know for sure.
Have you jumped the Jeep any?

Do you hear banjos?
BJs or unit bearings. Did you jump it? IMHO that would be the only way you could've bent the axle like that! I think it's the BJs or UBs, check them by jacking the axle off the ground and grabbing the top and bottom of the tire and try to rip it off, if it moves up and down, you have a problem! Good luck!!!

The stub shafts are in it right? If the stub shafts are in it then the bearings should be tight even if they are worn out...

As I was saying before, If you have an angle finder and flat center caps on your wheels you can see how much of an angle difference there is between them... Have you checked the wheels like we have suggested yet?
