Default Wot to start 96 sport

96 Cherokee sport 4 0 The jeep started running ruff and died would not start after that. It has no spark so replaced CPS still no start The spark was week so did cap rotor plugs coil. Wires were fairly new and they didn't have them in stock. So didn't replace them. It would hit but would not fire up. Checked fuel psi it was 35 so replaced fuel pump and fuel filter. Fuel psi is now 49, now jeep will start but only if you hold it wide open throttle. After it starts it seems to run fine. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If it starts and runs ok, but needs WOT to start, that is possibly suggestive of a fault with the MAP/MAF sensor, TPS sensor, or possibly IAC

You should run a OBD2 check in any case

Have you checked the throttle body is not overly dirty and that you have a clean air filter?
