Jeep wont start
I'm not gonna ask why you replaced all that stuff, then. I'm sure you have your reasons.
An internal combustion engine requires three things to run, fuel, fire, and air. If it's not running, you're missing one of them. Do you hear your fuel pump priming? Have you checked fuel pressure at the rail? How did you test for spark? What kind of fuel pump? Did you make sure your plugs were properly gapped? Did you knock a vacuum line off or accidentally disconnect something while performing all this maintenance? Are you sure you got your plug wires in the right order? Have you tried bypassing the balast resistor?

Nope, the timing isn't adjustable. The only way it could be the timing is if the timing chain broke. If it were just stretched it would probably still start but it would run like crap. I'm out of ideas. We'll have to wait for someone else.

if you have a back fire ... it is either your fuel pressure is low or you have the wrong firing order for your plug wires... do you have a mech fuel gauge at the rail? What is your fuel pressure? What kind of fuel pump did you put in there?
