Spotted the nasty caster right away.
Besides, he should get rid of that stock insulator above the spacer and put it between the coil spring and the spacer. The insulator helps "center" the coil on its mount.

Not to hijack but I believe people need to see this also:
NOT Jeep in particular but a good looksee nonetheless

The writer is a bit harsh...but MAN look at those set-ups.
I havent seen an Xj in there....yet.

EDIT: I think I may have found one...hard to tell tho.

A P.S.

Harsh (somewhat vulgar) language in the Scary Steering link.

Just a heads-up.

What's weird is that he is running rusty's coil spring and lower controls plus rusty's 2" spacers. That's 5" lift. Rusty's doesn't state how much lift the control arms are good for so any dude who's unaware would order them and get this issue. Even if he adjusts them to the shortest setting, his caster will probably still be off.

I didnt read the entire thread, but didnt he mention just one side was rotated like that?

I would suspect a spun tube on that side.

I just posted that:

A fellow jeeper on another forum told me that it could be a spun axle tube. If one side is straight and other is not, it's could be that.
