Wont Turn over. New starter and NSS
my 2000 Jeep cherokee sport wont turn over. I replaced the starter and the Neutral safety switch. yet it wont turn over, had the battery tested and its good.

will it turn over in neutral? If your turn the ignition to start and then manually ark the starter solenoid with a screwdriver will it fire up?
