dis cap
dis rotor

wires
all heater and rad hoses
stat housing and stat
water pump
cold air intake
cleaned throttle body
throttle body spacer
new injector o ring kit

It could be tons of things.
First, do you have spark? Get a spark tester or ground the side of the plug and have a friend crank the truck over when the plug is pulled. Is there spark?
Since you messed with the throttle body, did you hook everything up? Is it hooked up correctly? Are the connections tight and connected 100%?
On a side note, I'd try and get my money back for that cold air intake, cuz its not worth it. You won't see any gains whatsoever.

Crank Position Sensor (CPS)
They're a known weakness and quit for no rhyme or reason.
Its on the top left edge of the bell housing.
You can check it with a multi-testor.
Should be 200 ohms +/- 75.

i have not checked for spark yet, but as far as the throttle body goes i made sure i tagged all the sensors and made sure they were all in the right spot...what would the truck sound like when it trys to turn over if there is no spark is there a way to test it without anyone else here cus im by myself right now...

I'm no expert but from my experience the last few days with my new SE, I would check your ASD relay in the fuse panel under the hood, also as said before check the CPS with a tester, the connection is up top on the drivers side. Check ignition coil, place a spare plug in it or screw driver whatever. I suppose you may want to check spark at the plugs first. Do yourself a favor on the fuel issues and check if your plugs are wet after cranking. You may find that your fuel pump is bad after all or it's simply not turning on for another reason.
I just got my cherokee SE 3 days ago, and I've replaced these things to get mine running.
Plugs.
Wires.
Cap & rotor.
Fuel Filter.
Fuel pump.
Air Filter.
ASD (Automatic Shut Down) Relay.
TPS (Throttle Position Sensor)
Fixed a major leak in the valve cover vacuum line. Took 3 different parts from the parts store.
The beast runs great now.
Let me reiterate that you should test both spark and fuel at the plugs to see if you are getting at least that far. I would take that as step 1.
Let us know what you come up with.

ok so i checked for spark at the 3rd cylinder and its good checked the cps and seeems to be fine it sounds like its going to turn over but just doesnt any other suggestions? or do i need to tow it to a shop?
I have a 94 XJ, I drove it to work, then it wouldn't start again. I checked all the fuses and relays, all are good. I have no spark from the coil to the plugs. I checked the codes and had a code 11-no signal from crankshaft sensor. I replaced the Crankshaft Position Sensor and it started but then died again. I checked the codes and had another code 11. What could be the problem? Did I get a bad sensor?
