Default Won't Start After Full Service

Changed the con rod bearings, piston rings, plugs, etc (95 XJ 4.0) and now it won't start. There is fuel entering the combustion chamber and there is spark but it will not turn over.

Swapped the flywheel sensor, MAP sensor but it is the same problem. Suggestions?

If you pulled the distributor that's where I would start.

Yes. Engine marked at zero at the damper and on compression stroke.
Marked TDC and positioned the distributor.
