Yeeaahh that would cause some problems. Spark plugs fouling that fast is no bueno. the MAP line runs between a fitting on the intake manifold close to the throttle body up to the MAP

I doubt changing the spark plugs was the "fix". You've got a RENIX engine management system and it's fussy about grounds and voltages etc so lots of stuff to check.
Check the ground wires attached to the bolt near the dipstick. Take them off, clean with a wire brush and clean the bolt area until it's shiny bare metal. Clean you battery terminals and battery cable ends with a stiff wire brush as well. I had a battery cable that would let the lights and everything else work and then when you turned the key, the engine would just start to crank and then stop. It was just arcing on battery terminal so tightening the cables after a good cleaning fixed that up.
The grounds near the dipstick like to get loose and dirty and these can cause all sorts of random issues. New distributor cap, rotor and plug wires would be good if they haven't been changed in recent memory (and they are a cheap fix). Check spark plug gaps as well. Cheap old Champions are fine until you rule out other problems (no need for iridium plugs if you have poor performance already).
Make sure everything goes back in the right order or it won't run right (if at all). Get a Haynes manual and search the forum. Tons of good advice here.

So i put the new plugs in. started right up. the map sensor hose was not going to anything. So i sucked on the vac line and it ran like a champ. So tommorow i am goin to get hosing for the line to fix it. That would be why it was running awful. there was to much fuel going in because the hose was not hooked up. Thats why every plugg i puled out just REEKED of fuel!!!! so hell yes!!! finnaly figured it out
