Won’t idle and stutters while driving
Won’t idle and stutters when I take foot off gas while driving, the only code I have is high voltage downstream o2 sensor, I have changed both o2 sensors and it still runs funny and throws a code. Somebody recommended so clean the throttle body and so I did and it ran fine for a day or two and started acting up again. I cleaned the throttle body and IAC valve a second time and it ran good for a day and has just now started doing it again, I want a permanent fix to this problem.

Do you have a code reader, with live data?
Do you own a Digital Volt Ohm Meter (D-VOM)?
Some off hand thoughts, to check your throttle position sensor (TPS).
If you replace any sensor, be sure to use GENUINE MOPAR PARTS.
Couple of questions first.

I would check the above suggestion(s), but also, a simple one - check if there isn't a crack somewhere in the intake air tube - I had a 1991 Mazda 626 with that symptom a while ago, and that was it. My intake tube (plastic between throttle body/ and the actual intake manifold) had developed a crack, and so it was running mega lean (more air getting in, past the MAF sensor, and messing up the reading, fuel amounts etc). 2 pieces of tape later, back in business.
Just a suggestion is all, check the simple **** first, then move onto the trickier!
(check for cracks, leak hose clamps and fittings)
