wiring or what?

wiring or what?
my cd player, turning signals, windsheild wipers, cigarette lighter, and air controller all went out at the same time.....i've check ALL fuses and relays and they are all good...any other solutions? Jeep cherokee 94, automatic, 6 cyl, two wheel drive.
