Any idea what this one is? Have never seen it before and can't find anything on it.

Any chance you have a two wheel drive? Any chance that is one of these? Wiring harness that comes off the transfer case that goes into the engine compartment.

That's for the Daytime Running Lamps. A Canadian requirement. Chrysler prewired the vehicle for it even though it was not required to have the DRL's in the USA.
