Wipers
So I got not wipers. They did work when I bought it so I know its not the motor. I have replaced the 5.5amp circuit breaker in the fuse box.
Which really leaves me with the multi-function switch or the intermittent relay box. The blinkers and high beams work, while cruise and the washer bottle don't.
How do you test the intermittent relay box?
Can I bypass the multi-function switch and run it off an independent toggle?

You'll dig this, they only work when the air selector is on vent or defrost.
When the selector is in the off or a/c positions the wipers don't work.
Also, the blower fuse must've blown or been overloaded by the PO. They had a larger fuse in the block(not sure if this was before or after the problem). I took it out and spliced an add a fuse in since the posts were junk. The blower blows all the time regardless of where the vent selector is and only shuts off when I turn the HI/LOW selector to low. This conditions existed before I spliced that add a fuse in too.
