is my computer going to bite the dust

well my fuel mileage sucks, now the shift points are all late and really hard, throttle response is screwy, it wont connect with the mechanics diagnostic, and wont throw a cel its a 99 i6 i replaced the plugs and wires two o2 sensors in front of and behind the cat also replace the cat. i havent changed my driving style my air filter is clean and i have tried numerous gas stations i also reset the computer by disconnecting the battery and letting the lights drain the system also does anyone sell a performance computer for our cherokees

Suggest to check ALL fuses before you start with anything else, also have the T.P.S checked maybe. I have heard of not being able to link with the computer because of a blown fuse before

Where is the NSS on the 99 and how do you adjust it? I think i need a new computer because i have put in 5 new TPS and all end up not working sometimes my jeep will go into over drive and sometimes not. and the shifts seem to be off. just had the tranny swapped. it works fine if i shift it, but when in drive seems like i have to gas it alot!! it seems if its starting in 2nd gear or something. while in drive
