Default windshield wiper failure
Hello, I need some help finding the circuit breaker (no 30, 20A) in my 1999 Jeep Cherokee. The front wipers and washer don't work. Does anyone know where to find this breaker....?

I believe it is in passenger side kick panel, right hand side of the fuse box in the lower corner
