I'm trying to replace all of the weather stripping for my 90 laredo and I can't seem to pull up the correct pieces for the job. Specifically, the hatch window, the two long rear windows, and the drivers/ pass. windows and door frame stripping. Your help is greatly appreciated. Oh, and a good site to buy from. JC whittney?

 

In general, "weatherstrip" refers to wear items like compression foam around the doors and hatch, window wipes that weather and crack, and channel seals around movable glass. However, some vendors lump them all together. Team Cherokee sells a "Master Weatherstrip" set that includes every single piece. It's a bit expensive at $450 but buying the pieces individually can add up and easily double or triple that price. Something to think about. Here's the link...

Team Cherokee does sell most of the parts individually, also.

 

Seems to be missing the strip attached to the front lip of the back door. Goes on with adhesive..

 

I don't believe I have that piece on my '89. Might be something added to the '97-'01s? The set linked is for '84-'96 XJs but I think they have one for newer model XJs, too.

 

These have been quite elusive..
