I have a 1998 Cherokee limited. The driver door switch will roll all four windows down but the passenger and rear windows wnt roll down with their switches. I don't have the window lock on. Lol. How do you fix this?

 

i read on here somewhere a long time ago on how to fix this but most of say it just adds character and leave it alone

 

Do yourself a HUGE favor and pop your door panel off first. Mine did the same thing, thought I would have to jumper it, but when I took the door panel off to replace the door speakers, I found the previous owner had only reconnected one of the two wiring connections inside. Plugged it back in and everything worked like new!

Check the wires in the rubber boot at the driver's door....
mine the brown wire snapped...
so when I swing the door opened fully....my windows does not work with the master switch....if the door is half open...it works...
well....it works now....hope this helps....

use a scotch lock the paper clip is just a fire waiting to happen

 

X2 i used the wire clip and its all better now.
