This is what I need to replace. It says 1-2 hours install but I'm not sure what you have to do to remove and install new one.

if that is the outer lower window wipe rubber ( that's what it looks like ) they are very easy to change. just take a flat blade screwdriver and starting at one end. just pry and lift up the old one. they have clips molded into them that clip over the door edge. after you get the first one off you will see what I mean. the new one just push's right down onto the frame and you're done. good luck. mine took about 5 min to change both sides.
