Default window lock is not going off anymore

My 01 XJ is having problems with the child window lock. it works sometime but lately it is just stuck in the lock position, so my passengers have to have me operate their windows for them. Anyone have the same problem?

Just found someone else's post and tried it. I don't think they recommended covering the clip with electrical tape. Do that to insulate it and prevent a short/blown fuse.
