Ive read that a common issue with XJs is the window lock will prevent windows from opening from anywhere else other than drivers panel. I have also read a writeup to fix it but when i went to look at it i have no clip... just 3 wires taped together yellow, brown, black. So what wires need to be connected where so i can have my windows work from all the doors.

If you can solder, you can just take the driver side switch apart and reflow all the joints. that's correcting actual issue, which is poor solder joints that have cracked.
