Hey I saw a pretty reasonable priced winch @ tractor supply and was wondering if I could somehow fit it between my fog/off road lights on my grill guard using a mounting plate or would I have to buy a completly new bumper??? Any insight to this? Or where I could put it??

Absolutely not.
That grille guard is only held on by what 2 bolts per side?
You'll need the kinda mounting you see on off road steel bumpers to adequitely(sp?) secure the winch to your Jeep.
You could use some of the pieces off the guard after you made frame supports and what not but it wont work putting a plate on top of the tube where your lights are.
P.S. Those winches are Chinese made and their quality reflects that.
