This is the ground cable setup that I had running. After some excellent advise last night I came out to *sand the living hell* out of the radiator support that the cable plugs into, then tested the OHMS from the ground on the battery to the freshly sanded metal to get a reading of 0.03. I then sanded the ground connectors to the ground strap on the drivers side of the engine. For s and gs I also tested the OHMS from a few sensors like the MAT and the TPS to also get about a 0.04 which i assume means that my dipstick tube ground is good.

Picture comes out smaller when you upload from the iphone through the Forum app. I have the wire running under the metal where I sanded.


And for a different angle, a few months ago my pressure cap blew it's top off. Being ADD, i hate to do the same thing more than once so I browsed the forum and found a great replacement for the pressurized tank.



I forgot who it was that had a write up for this conversion. It has been working out GREAT!

 

Ground should be heavierer gauge and as Short as possible. That green wire is WAAYYY too long. See those 2 holes in the fender right off the corner of the battery, chop the wire and re-attach there.
