Default Help what size bolts?

I have a 97 cherokee and somehow, still don't know how but I have lost both bolts that hold the latch assembly in the rear lift gate. So it rattles and squeaks going down the road. I tried the bolts out of my 95 but they are different size. I want to go get new ones, does anyone know what size they are? Im guessing they are like a 6mm or 8mm torx head of some type. Thanks.
