so i kinda messed up the install of my aj rock sliders, and i cant line the holes up with the pinch seam. if i do it will use part of the old hole and not work with the self tapping bolts. if i get unibody stiffeners and have the sliders welded to them will that work? will i still be able to get a tcase skid in the future?

i dont see why not as long as the uni body stiffeners run parallel with the frame rail...
Unless you are able to put the stiffeners at the same place on each side, no. If you drill one side different, it will just reinforce the frame twist which won't hurt anything but it won't make lining the holes up for your rock sliders any easier.
