Will these rims fit?

Hi , I currently have these rims on my jeep the six spoke rims on my 99 XJ, currently on 235 /75 R15 I believe , now I want to put the 5 spoke rims on them like in the picture. Will I be fine just to swap the rims in to the tire? do I need to worry about backspace ?

+1 to this

6- spoke to 5-spoke will be fine. I had no idea that you could even get the 6s on a 1999.

Also the KJ Liberties use 5x4.5. And tasty disc brakes on their C8.25s and nice fuel injectors...
