Default Will having one slightly larger tire cause problems?

I just bought 5 tires the other week, 4 of them were at a little over half tread, and the 5th was a spare with full tread. I want to work the spare into the mix so I can rotate all 5 tires, and hopefully have longer tread life. I was going to put the full tread tire on the front right. Would this cause any problems?

not if they are the same size tires, you have to think what would happen if you had to run that tire if one of the others went flat, you run into a problem when you have tires of diffrent size.

used to have an audi that they always recommended having same tread on all wheels but that was AWD. for typical 2WD use I don't think it should be a problem
