my buddy has a wrangler that he just lifted 5 and a quarter inches and is going to sell me his 32" bfgs. my question is, if i put spacers and shackles on and take off the stock fenders would they fit?

I don't see why not if your going like 2 or 3" and going by taking off fender's I think you ment flares. I'd leave them on and see if anything rubs first.

i think there will be minor rubbing on controll arms.

This is just a start, i have to make a little more money before i buy a full lift kit. Thats when the trails come but thanks for the help!

if it doesnt rub its going to be close. i had to trim alot to get my 33's to fit when i turn fully

It may be worth it to wait until you've got all the parts necessary to both lift it and put the tires on before you actually put them on the vehicle. It'll save you some work, and less modification done to your vehicle.

o yeah, i still havent ordered the 2" shackles and i have to wait till he gets home to buy his tires. so this will be about a week or 2 before it happens

just go to carparts.com get the rough country 3" it's a decent start and you can build on it from there rather than spending nearly the same amount of money to almost get there. Around $227 shipped.

u can trim the front fender level with the headlight bezel and that opens up alot of space because it gets rid of a gay little arm. that took care of all my rubbing... well i rub on my control arms lol but thats no big deal
