Default Will this actually work?

Jeep still pulls to the right after alignment.

I'm going to adjust toe by adjusting the length of the tie rod, [as per the link], this will get me tracking straight down the road right?

Before you do this i would invert the front wheels. left to right and right to left. If it doesn't pull to the right it's the tires.

Tires are brand new, less than a thousand miles, besides, I can look straight on at the front wheels and tell the passenger side is pointed out when the drivers side is straight ahead.

Just take a measurment somehow of how off that tire is and then shorten your tie rod that much. I just did an alighnment on a wj, and it worked fine

yea, I'm going to, don't understand why the guys at Firestone could'nt have done that, I guess they have to go by the book for liability purposes or something.

DIY alignment or did a shop do it?

What transfer case do you run? The specs are different for each.

EDIT:

OK, Firestone. Take it back to them and tell them it's pulling to the right. If you touch it it voids any liability they had after being paid for their services. You have close to 2" lift, was your trackbar adjusted to recenter the axle?

A good alignment machine will tell you if the front and rear axles are square. But i'm betting they knew this and couldnt adjust your rig any further for the lack of adjustment in your tracbar.

Firestone did it, 4 wheel alignment, and it's 2wd.

Hmm, not enough for a track bar issue. Ok, the fact that the passenger side wheel points out more than the other is not significant, because if you steer a bit to the left you get them both at the same distance, the steering wheel will not be centered but it doesn't matter.
Mind the fact that the fenders have a curvature to the front and if the front part of the front wheels stick out more than the rear part of the front wheels it is normal.
If you shorten the tie rod too much you will have other issues.
What you can do to check caster is to measure the distance between the center of the front wheels and a fixed point on the body (wheels must be straight, again, don't mind the steering wheel position), for example the edge of a door or the center of the rear wheels. If there is difference it means that the front axle is out of axis and you will know where to add those shims.

If you recently had the alignment done and it's not correct, take it back to Firestone. Their service should carry a warranty, so make them redo the alignment to get it right. The customer is always right and they need to remember that.

Nope, they said they did everything they could, said the caster adjustment was maxed out.
