I have a stock 2001 jeep cherokee with 30x9.50 tires. There is no rubbing right now and I was wondering if there will still be no rubbing if I get 15x8 wheels. The wheels would have a 3.75 backspacing. Thanks

Yes, I bought Black Rock 15x8 wheels with a 4.00" backspacing and they fix fine with 235/75R15's on them. The tires are just under the fender flares and haven't rubbed yet. The 235's were a little hard to get sealed on the wheels so next time I'll try 245s. They are about 1/2" taller. Your post shows me I could fit 30x9.5s on mine. The 245/75s are 29.5" tall. I think the 30's are cheaper too!
