wierd noise from my jeep

wierd noise from my jeep
when i let off the gas going 45+ mph i get this humming noise coming from what sounds like my rear tire on the drivers side
lugs are tight...tire is balanced....
the "hum" goes aways when i get back on the throttle
confused to say the least
