Knocking while off throttle???

Knocking while off throttle???
So when im driving and i coast or brake there is a loud knocking noise that i can even feel under my feet. someone had mentioned flex plate, but i honestly dont even know how to check this since this is my first jeep and i've only had it for 2 months. i have a 4.5" lift and 1" TC drop. if that info helps at all.
also when turning there is a loud grinding rubbing noise from the rear. any ideas on that? i was kinda thinking shackles cuz the leafs from RC were to short so the shackles are at an odd angle... anywho any advice would be great.
