wierd grinding noise, coming from front end
This noise is in my front end has been gettting worse. I really can only hear it when I have the steering wheel is turn all the way. Like when I'm turning into a parking spot. I think it might me a wheel bearing. But I do remember the last time I inspected the front end they had no play. Does anyone have any ideas

Dude, it's got to be your front knuckle U-joints. Since you only get the noise with the steering full over, one or both are probably just starting to get worn. The grinding and clicking will get worse the longer you wait to swap them out.

Now does the front axle have the clips in the diff? Cause that's the only way to swap them out is to pull the axle shafts out?

yeah the axles have to come out. there are no C-clips in the front. you just need to pull the brakes, axle nut, hub assembly and then the shaft out. might as well do both sides as you should pull the diff cover and change the fluid at the same time.
