Default Whining from drivers side engine bay. PLEASE HELP!!

i have a 2000 xj, its all stock as far as engine components go. i have a throttle sensitive tea kettle type whine from the drivers side of the engine bay when im accelerating over 1500 rpms. while idleing it stops, while going 60 mph its non resistant unless im on the throttle. it only happens when im giving her the long pedal...im stumped, does anyone know whats up with my xj????

but i will say, the faster im going, say 60 on the highway, if i give her enough to shift the whine gets louder in that particular gear depending on my rpms...

It's one or two bolts on the back of the manifold. IIRC. Also, I believe they are accessible, but it may take a little work to get to. Dunno what they need to be torqued to..

i had this with a dodge avenger....intake gasket. i didnt have the bolts torqued to spec. thought i could do it without a torque wrench. the more rpms your running the more air its sucking from that leak. therefor itll get louder when your standing on that pedal.
