Where is the horn supposed to be on my 99? Was it on the front bumper? I got this car with the front smashed and missing some parts, got it all together, pushed the horn and nothing. The relay clicks, but no horn. I wonder if it is gone? I did notice one pair of wires that don't seem to go anywhere up front, I will get a picture of that up tonight.

 

have some one push the horn button while you have a ohm meter on the wires. if you are getting power install the horn, it's missing.

 

My 99 has no horn i tried to replace it but it still didnt work. There is just no power going to it, and i dont feel like messing with it. To answer your question the horn is in the front corner of the drivers side directly behind the bumper.

 

Actually I found there are 2, one on each side. And now I know why they weren't there. The horn button seems to be stuck on. As soon as I plugged one in it blasted in my face. Another thing to fix before inspection.
