In my experience its easier to find a compressor.. you can check the local yards for a clutch/pulley but i doubt it..

and after a year sitting? id bleed the breaks, and check your fluid levels... water in the radiator can rust other parts and you will need a new waterpump if that happens...

Oh and the r134 isn't bad... if you empty it just don't breath it in or you will have one WILD headache! and my clutch came off my dodge w/o having to replace the seal... but since its cold? just bypass! if its possible
