Where is this coming from? Sorry for the wind noise but I was using my phone and in a parking lot. You can hear the chirping slow as I come to a roll and go. Then you hear it speed up a bit.

99% sure you need to tighten your serpentine belt or get a new one if it hasn't been done in a while.

It only happens while in motion. If it's in park and I rev it up, there's no chirping

I can't view the video, however I recently had a similar problem; it turned out to be a dry front driveshaft cardan joint.

I first thought it was the belt, then maybe a dragging brake, but after tearing down most of the front end, I finally found it.

Pull the front driveshaft, then retest; let us know what you find.

Were you able to remove the front driveshaft for testing?

The noise from mine was identical to a loose accessory belt. It later progressed to thumping and banging sounds.

Let us know what you discover.
