Question Where is my oil sensor at???

I have a 1998 cherokee classic and i cant find where my oil sensor is at... oil guarge goes erratic while driving... sensor is loose but cant seem to find it... does anyone know where it mite be...

thank you i found it... but its barely holding on... you can move the sensor and the guage will move... so every bump in the road it moves so i cant get a good read of my oil pressure... what should i do

xjs had dist's up to 2,000.when they went to coil on plug control system and did away with the dist.

I thought they went to coil packs in 97 and the cooil on plugs in 2000 and 2001.

Install a new one.
