Just to save me messing trying to find it I'm going to replace it with nice noisy air horns but where does it live ?
Also is it wired Hot lead to horn or or ground lead to horn ?
Thanks
Martin

To get to them pull the front inner fender well clips and pull the front of the inner fender back.
IIRC the horn modules are grounded to the chassis and the wire that goes to them is positive (hot)

They are hot lead to horn, when I put air horns on mine I just put the lead (same factory plug fitting) and went straight onto the + terminal on the compressor, and then grounded it to chassis.

Been wanting to upgrade mine.
Was thinking about this PIAA model
Anyone know if it is best to have both horns together? Or if they can be one at each corner of the vehicle(OEM Style) ?

Thanks guys that's saved me ages trying to find them I can't decide whether to leave the OEMs connected and wire in the air horn or just have the air horn ?!
On the subject of train horns I used to drive a big articulated truck (a semi to you Americans, over here that has other meanings!
)
Anyway it was a British rail two tone air horn it went off loud enough to rattle the windscreens of most cars, that combined with 400 watts of lamps on the front and 40 tonnes of weight scared the crap out of many idiot drivers !
