Where does this bracket go?

Hello. Anyone know where this bracket goes on a 2001 xj. Just replaced the engine and the bottom bracket was hanging out after we got everything else in. Please help!

Throttle, kickdown and cruise control cable mounts? Edit: Just a guess.
