Wiring what??? For my amp I jut drilled a hole under the back seat. Lights I drilled another hole by the door.

On my 98, theres a pretty big rubber grommet thing right near the gas and break pedals that I run all my wires though.

through the firewall i took my pocket knife and cut a slit into the hood latch cable and ran it into the cab that way... There are a ton of pre existing grommets but you can always drill lol

Believe it or not, XJs were made for like 16 years and the firewalls aren't all the same. What year is your XJ?

Under the drivers dash there is a opening top left corner(By gas pedals and fuses). I ran some wire through there before

My '89 doesn't have that grommet nor the hole it fills so... Year does matter.

I was just saying like structurally theres not much difference and yeah holes dont really count cause you can always make more lol
