Where do you bolt the center console on from?
I had some custom stereo work done adding a changer to the center console's storage area... works great, but the center console is loose now and I can push it an inch or two side to side between the front seats and I cannot for the life of me figure out where it bolts down to the floorboard.
Does anyone know? I really hate it being lose... want to tighten it back up
Thanks much

there should be two bolts in the center console storage area. probably under the changer you added.
then there are others under the shift bezel and more at the dash.
i just took two out last week, but have a fogged memory as to how many and exact location.

I took all my interrior out last summer to redo the floors
From what I remember, there are a couple bolts in the rear storage compartment area.
Then (mines an manual trans) take the shift boot off the console, and underneth there is a bolt on each side. They hold down the plastic tab from the console. One of mine broke easily (possibly your problem). I JB welded it back together and its held pretty good.

On mine...the center support bracket (plasic) was broke and I made a steel one and now it is solid. These center consoles are bad for getting loose ...as the support under the center storage breaks. I would remove the two screws in the center storage and see if is broke...you will know very quickly at that point. The part cost $80 at the dealer...I made one out of scrap steel and its awesome now!
