Where have you looked Venom? I seem to recall that the last one I bought ( a couple years ago) was from NAPA. If they don't have it any longer then the stealership may be your only option.

I went to crappy autozone, theres no Oriellys up here, and a local part store, Ive looked online and have only found the crankshaft position sensor

They have several names. I think that NAPA may have called it a distributor stator. The AZ guys can't find their butt with both hands.

well we went there for an alternator and they idiot came back with a starter....his argument was that the box looked the same...I just said except for the huge picture of the starter all over it..

Also they don't always call it the Crank Position Sensor..Sometimes it is refered to the pickup coil....

The part you need from autozone is CR149 and here's a link to it..
