wheeling bang up
no i will slow down first take the door panel off then the backing plastic. plug the switch back in or if you have Manuel windows roll them down almost all the way untill you see a couple of bolts. now pull the bolts off these hold the window to the track the track is what the window rides on and the bottom part of the track is what holds the window to the car. the new window will have two holes in the bottom of the window that match up with the two bolts you pulled off. the assembly is just the reverse off the disassembley

Try a Haynes manual for your car. It's a book on how to take apart almost everything in your Jeep. If I, a total car noob (who didnt own a car and rode a bicycle before my jeep) can replace a oil pan gasket, I'm sure you can replace a window.
Just like lego sets when you were a kid... there is a way to take apart and put back together most everything.
In generic steps:
1. Take off the cover to the door panel
2. Remove all fragments of the previous window
3. Install new window
4. Put the door panel back on
This will save you some serious $$$
