Default Wheel thump

I hit something a while back that bent my right front wheel. The resulting damage destroy the rin which destroyed the tire which destroyed the bearing. So far on the right side I have replaced the rim the tire the bearings and the u joint. However whenever I approach 60 miles an hour I develop vibration which gets worse the faster I go. The tire has been replaced and has no broken bands I have also broken this tire down re balanced it and read it to make sure that it was true. What is the most likely explanation for this wouldn't be an actual a shock or strut?

Are you sure that it didn't bend the whole axle shaft? I would check the rear u joints also.
