Thats what I did. I bought a powder coater from harbor freight for $59.99(2 years ago) and got an electric oven for free on craigs list in the free section and put it in my garage and now I powder coat everything. It works awsome. I have been doing it fot about 2 years now with the same equiptment.

yup. its very easy. You just have to get the air right. For me the magic number on black is about 24-25 psi and on colors I run about 15 to 18 psi. I bet I get at least 80 to 90% transfer. Make sure you ckange the moister seperator about every month.

OK HERE IS WHAT I CAME UP WITH, WELL NOT ME, THE WIFE. SHE DOESNT LIKE THE RIMS, SO I'LL PAINT THESE UNTIL I FIND A STEAL of another set. she says just paint those and buy new ones later, but she doesnt understand the meaning of CHEAP JEEP...so for now i'll oaint them and find an oven for powdercoating later.

Make sure you sand them down first. You don't want that rust eating up the inside of your wheels. Kinda obvious, but you said "just paint." As for the powdercoating, you could definitely strip the paint back off of them and then re-powdercoat them. If you plan on going that way, just go easy on the paint.
