is there any wheel to get wheel offset with stock rims or do they have to be specially made with the wider offsett, i found some really nice stock 09 wrangler wheels but i plan to lift and i would like some offset?

09 jk wheels are a different bolt pattern. 5 on 5 rather than our 5 on 4.5. so you would need wheel adapters. that would also help on your backspacing.
but seriously, i'd stay away from adapters and just get yourself a set of aftermarket rims with 3.75 to 4.25 backspacing.
or atleast a set of moab wheels from a tj rubicon (03-06).
