I've searched and found a few threads with similar problems. I keep hearing a faint high pitched squeal on the back right side of the rig. Definitely sounds like it's coming for the drum. A few weeks ago I replaced the pads and the wheel cylinder (it was stuck pushed out and was causing the pad to drag). I sprayed it down with brake cleaner and made sure that there was no debris hanging around.

I've jacked up the back and spun the axle shaft without a drum on it and I can't hear anything. When I'm driving it only happens occasionally. And when it does happening it is on an off. Sound like a wheel bearing?
